Shannon wants payback for Boone’s death which forces Sayid to remember some more of his checkered past.
Everyone thinks that Locke is responsible for Boone’s death since crazy Jack basically said so in front on everyone at Boone’s “memorial service.” Boone retreats into the Jungle which is where Sayid finds him after promising Shannon that he would take care of things.
Basically Locke fesses up to the old plane wreck but never reveals anything about the hatch. Not satisfied with Sayid’s hands off approach to taking care of things, Shannon steals the key to the gun case and heads out to take care of business herself. After preventing the bloodshed, Sayid confronts Locke again and asks him to take him to the hatch. The end.
Nothing earth shattering in this episode…
Sayid was also a double agent for the CIA and infiltrated a terrorist bomb squad in Australia in exchange for the whereabouts of his old flame who is living in Los Angeles.
Sawyer’s soothing voice tames the cries of the baby.
Another slow one but only 4 more hours left in Season 1.
